GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR
SOUTH WINDSOR SENIORS BUS TRIPS
- Full payment is required upon booking to confirm.
- "Tickets" are transferrable, NOT refundable.
- Cash payments must be submitted in an envelope (preferably 9.2 cm x 16.5 cm).
- Envelope must be labeled with participant’s name, the name of the trip and amount being paid.
- Cheques, money orders or bank drafts must be payable to “South Windsor Seniors”.
- A WAIT LIST will be compiled by the trip desk, but contact and transfer of ticket(s) will be only between the individuals involved, not through the trip desk.
- Bus leaves from Paulin Memorial Presbyterian Church. Times may vary depending on destination of the trip.
- PERSONAL VEHICLES ARE TO BE PARKED AT THE REAR OF THE CHURCH LOT. Spaces adjacent to the church are to be left vacant for attending the church on usual business/activities.
- Trips are “NO SCENTS EVENTS”. We ask for your consideration for those travelling and participating who are allergic/sensitive to the products i.e. cologne, perfume, after-shave, etc.
- Please advise if special consideration is required re: mobility issues, food allergies/sensitivity, motion sickness issues or required seating requirements. Coordinators will do their very best to accommodate.
- If you need to contact the Coordinator on day of trip prior to departure or during the day you MUST USE the mobile/cell number.
