  • MEAL STOPS – We will stop enroute or at our destination for a meal, the cost of which will be at the participant’s expense (may be exceptions).
  • Please advise if special consideration is required re: dietary needs, mobility issues, seating preferences
  • Parking at Paulin Church:  Please park at the rear of the church parking lot.
  • Bus trips will all be “NO SCENTS” events.  We ask for your consideration for those travelling and participating in these events who are allergic/sensitive to these products – cologne, perfume, after-shave et.
  • Make cheques payable to South Windsor Seniors
  • Cash payments are discouraged but if necessary should be submitted in an envelope with the name of the payee, the correct amount for the show and the name of show.
  • Payments are due as noted on the schedule.
  • Reimbursements will be made for cancellations, only if a replacement is found for the cancelled ticket.
  • Bus departure times service providers may be subject to change ​
