  • MEAL BREAKS ENROUTE – Stops enroute or at destination not specifically noted in trip itinerary will be at the participant's expense, i.e., self pay.
  • Please advise if special consideration is required re: dietary restrictions, mobility issues, or seating requirements.
  • PARKING AT PAULIN CHURCH:  Please park at the rear of the church parking lot.
  • Bus trips will be “NO SCENTS” events.  We ask for your consideration for those travelling and participating who are allergic/sensitive to these products, i.e. cologne, perfume, after-shave etc.

  • CASH PAYMENTS must be submitted in an envelope with the name of the payee, the correct amount for the trip and the date/name of the show.
